Bulk National Liquidation Marketplace is a liquidator of overstock goods at discounted prices, and we thank you for your business.

We operate a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. All sales are final once the product has been delivered to your location. We encourage you to check the product descriptions and pictures before you make the purchase..

WARRANTY

Purchased items have a limited warranty which covers:

•   Misrepresentation (eg. different color shipped)
•   Physical Damage (eg. cracked toilet)
•   Item is incomplete (eg. missing the assembly hardware)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

•   Fit (eg. shirt is too small)
•   Breakage after use (eg. sitting on a chair and it breaks)
•   Evidence of product tampering (eg. broken security seals and distressed packaging)
•   Preference
•   Any other reason

ALL SERIAL NUMBERS ARE RECORDED.

Eligibility for Refunds

• We offer refund within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
• Your item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Bulk Nation is not an authorized reseller of goods, as a result, manufacturer’s warranties do not apply to the goods that we sell (unless stated otherwise). There are no exceptions to our policies.
