Bulk National Liquidation Marketplace is a liquidator of overstock, undelivered and returned goods at discounted prices, and we thank you for your business.

We operate a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. All sales are final once the product has been delivered to your location. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before accepting the delivery.

Return and RETURNS

Purchased items have a Point of Delivery warranty which covers:

•   Misrepresentation (eg. used item represented as new)
•   Physical Damage (eg. cracked toilet)
•   Item is incomplete (eg. missing the assembly hardware)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

•   Fit (eg. shirt is too small)
•   Breakage after use (eg. sitting on a chair and it breaks)
•   Evidence of product tampering (eg. broken security seals)
•   Preference
•   Any other reason

ALL SERIAL NUMBERS ARE RECORDED.

If the customers could not be present at the time of delivery, our carrier will leave the items near the front door and customers waive their right to return items or exchange items due to cosmetic/physical damage once the items has been delivered.

Upon customers accepting the delivery, purchases become FINAL SALE with NO RETURNS or REFUND. We are not responsible for misrepresentation of products once the product has left our premises. This includes incomplete product, contents different from packaging or any other differences.

Bulk Nation is not an authorized reseller of goods, as a result, manufacturer’s warranties do not apply to the goods that we sell (unless stated otherwise).

Please budget the appropriate amount of time to inspect your merchandise.

There are no exceptions to our policies.
